I'm certified mountain and turist guide. I can offer 2 things to travelers in Sarajevo. Stories of who we are... history, heritage, politics over a typical hours long Bosnian coffee sessions.

Or if you're on the wild side, mountains. You can join me and my friends to a hike somewhere in Bosnia. Or any other activity in nature we do at the given time...

And I can host you if you need a place to stay. I don't host if you're just looking for a place to stay and not really intend to actually hang out.
This is app for meeting people and their cultures, and above all else to use them to make it cheaper to stay, find best places to eat, use the host to show you around, and have someone to talk to when you travel to far away magical lands...so let's do that.
There are exceptions of course for those in need.
Also, very important, I do not host anyone who has any simpaty to any extremist ideology and genocidal entities of any kind. If you request to stay, you must include the sentence: free Palestine. Without it I won't respond.
I'm busy a lot of time, especially in summer, so I might not be hosting all the time.
But if I do respond positively and you do pass the necessary humanity filter, you can have your own cosy room. Which you can share with your friend. Or you can kick them out to another room. So privacy is not an issue. The place is very short walking distance to old town.
Also, no pets, no alcohol and no drugs of any kind are allowed inside. If you smoke, you can do so on the big balcony.

Make your message chill and be yourself please. We don't do woke bullshit in Bosnia. Better chance to get a positive response by being honest, then by using AI. Even if it's 1 short sentance :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well... since I know a thing or two about Sarajevo and Bosnia I can show you places, buildings, sights, caffes, mountains, rivers...
You can use me to have better time in Bosnia. So I hope I can get the same treatment when I go travelling somewhere.
