ABOUT ME

I am generally outgoing and friendly. I try to be nice to people as much as possible. I read as much as possible. English classics, Some fantacy, I enjoy irish literature too. I drink in moderation and I don't smoke and am not into drugs. I am very interested in nature and love diversity, in people or nature.

PHILOSOPHY

Patrick Kavnagh said that if a man gets to know even one field well in his lifetime he is doing well. I would agree with that.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am really interested in meeting new people and having a bit of craic.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None as yet. Finding it very difficult to get a couch. visited Berlin on 4 ocasions since joining couchsurfing and have not had any luck in getting hosted.

Intereses

Hill walking, nature, gardening (you wouldn't think it to look at the garden), reading, listening to music, Playing the fiddle, good conversation. I am also very intersted in the Irish language. Any Irish speakers would be particularly welcomed!

Música, películas y libros

I like lots of films, the Mission, the good the bad and the ugly, Unforgiven, one flew over the cucoos nest, Godfather films, let the right one come in, fight club to name a few of the first that come into my head.

Music: anything but rave or R&B. Like CCR, Arcade fire, Metallica, a bit of classic rock. Into traditional Irish music and Classical too.

Books, I don't know where to start.

I know the names of some of the stars. I can teach some Irish music. I have been told I tell good ghost stories.
