CURRENT MISSION
Too much working :(
ABOUT ME
I'm am just rediscovering CS as I got to know it when I did an internship in Canada at the German-Canadian chamber in 2009. I like to meet people from different countries and already have stayed in France, Mexico and the USA for some time. Am open minded and not complicated at all, like traveling, listening to music, drinking beer and wine, doing sports (soccer, beachvolleyball, tennis, skiing/biking/hiking in the Alps) and now Original Bootcamp (as adult people do), going out, dancing (piknick electronique, ca roule...), watching soccer, cooking and having fun. I started working in my fathers business 4,5 years ago. We do batteries and battery packs for the industry in Germany and Europe.
PHILOSOPHY
try to enjoy every day.
The one who tries new things is also allowed to make mistakes (maybe a little bit freely translated from German :-))
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just discovered the "CS project" and think I love it :-)
In Montreal, I lived in a 8 roommate apartment, but only have a 8 sq. meter room. But we have a big balkony, so everybody who travels here and likes to come over is welcome to hang out in the apartment and have some drinks with us.
When I'll be back in Germany, I definately wanna host some Couch surfers (I look for a job in Berlin, Colone, Munich or Frankfurt) and would also invite people that are intersted in discovering one of the nicest wine regions in Germany ;), the Rheingau...
This was when I wrote it the first time. Now, it has only changed that I live in Frankfurt right now.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far, I have had a very good experience in Boston where I travelled with 2 French girls and was hosted by a very nice couple from New York.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a lot of music types that are different from each other like in Montreal, I usually go to the Picknik Elektronic and have fun there, but also went to a concert of the Dave Matthews Band and like them very much. Like those "Guitar things" (Jack Johnson, Radiohead...), lots of German groups such as Fettes Brot and Freundeskreis (and NOT Rammstein, Germans usually don't listen to much to Rammstein...), Spanish music (Jarabe de Palo...), and can also find some music I like at a "mainstream" club where they play the top 40.
Movies: Snatch, The Naked Gun (sorry, it's funny :-)), 15 minutes, Brice de Nice (excellent French Comedy), Wer früher stirbt, ist länger tot, Forrest Gump, Scarface, The Godfather. Also have to mention The Last Boyscout, as we watched it about 32 times when we were borred in our little town. Maybe 15 times would have been enough :), but good movie.
Books: currently reading a book called "The Darwin DNA", very interesting, but tough stuff though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Writing Emails to Bill Gates and getting no answers, Erasmus year in Montpellier (awesome year), incredible time in Seattle/ Taipeh 101, the pyramids of Théothiuacan, icebergs in Green Land,Hong Hong, Niagara Falls...
