I'm passionate about anything that fly's or uses the wind to move, paragliding is my obsession as of late but I also like flying rc planes and stunt kites.
I have also been sailing and boating most of my life and love being on or near the water fresh or salt but any place where I can roam free outdoors is a happy place for me!

I grew up in Rhodes Island the smallest state in the US but drove out to CA 3 years ago to use my 14 years of custom boat building and composites experience in helping the former Americas Cup team Artemis build and maintain there AC50. Currently I work for an environmental data collection company using autonomous saildrones to better understand our oceans and climate change.

I've been sailing a long time if anyone needs crew or would like a hand getting to know there boat. I'm also Paraglider pilot I can't do tandems yet but know the best in the bay area if you are looking to go give it a try, I also know the best instructor in the bay.
I have 10 years of thru hiking experience with some first responder training and wilderness survival skills if anyone would like to learn or would like company on an outdoor adventure!

I don't have much right now but I do have a car and a lot of camping gear with extras to share if you're visiting from out of town. I can fix most things from cars/boats to homes with all my own tools Bay Area only, also camera gear if anyone wants some photo work done, oh and I'm a pretty good cook!
If you've hosted me in the past I will go to great lengths in making sure you have everything you need if you are ever in the San Francisco, Bay Area.
Oh and if you've never flown a stunt kite I love getting people into the hobby!
