Solid, no-nonsense type. Like solo nights with Netflix as much as I like heading downtown for a glass of red, all dressed up. Love tennis...love it. Hit the gym tons and play hockey as a good Canadian boy does.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Have my young kids 50% of the time, the rest of the time house is empty. I've been a traveler and know what it is like. In fact, I had to couch surf for 2 months while my renovations on my home were being done...so paying it forward.

Father is Hungarian, mother is Austrian. I've lived in Taiwan and China for a short while. I had a business in Afghanistan and Dubai and still own a bar in Montreal.

c'mon, tough question...but for movies...I measure the quality of a movie by how much it immerses me and takes me away from daily life. If I don't think about my to-dos, it's a good movie and worth the popcorn with butter!
