About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Just live it up a little while I'm still around! Life's boring if you don't add a little spice to it.

ABOUT ME

I like to think of myself as a shit-covered diamond, where I think alot of people let themselves be the other way around when they're all about appearances and no actual content. 90% serious contemplation on my own time, 10% unbound but laid back and good humored action when I'm with people. I play myself down to other people because it's no fun to be serious all the time with people, everyone thinks and learns on their own anyway and it means more to me that everyone has fun than having everyone walk away from me being astounded by how great I tried to convince them I am. I just prepare myself the best I can for everything this world can throw at me, but beyond that I just relax and take things as they come. That's the best you can do anyway, right?

PHILOSOPHY

Always try to do and be the best that you can, but laugh about it when things don't always work out. They don't, but then life wouldn't be fun if they always did.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't know yet! I just signed up, but I'll let you know once I've gotten started.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just started out, so won't know until I really get out there. The website looks nice though, so I guess that's a good experience so far?

Interests

TRAVEL, but who here isnt. Other than that:
Literature (classic mostly), History, Neuropsychology, appreciating art as well as creating it (sketching), film studies, chess, cooking, playing piano, MUSIC (many types, but in particular latin and classical), running, kayaking, freediving, swimming in general, roughing it outdoors, sailing, dancing, horsebackriding, hell I could go on for awhile, but I think you get the point. Many of these things are done on my own, the rest of the time I just like to laugh it up with some old friends or potential new ones.

Music, Movies, and Books

Really quite too many to list, I either like silly comedies, or serious films. Fun rock n roll or romantic latin music or classical. Books are too numerous, but it's mostly classical literature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When you look at things the right way, there's something amazing to see and do every day. But I don't like to live in the past because there's plenty more out there to be done.

Teach, Learn, Share

It's all about life, ask me whatever you want, I'm likely to have some something to say about it.
