About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live in happiness every day

ABOUT ME

I'm 26 and my life is about to take a new turn. After moving to Brussels in 2009 to find work in urban planning, I plan now to do a project in Canada.

I have a Working Holiday Visa and my airline tickets to reach Montreal on 26 October 2011. My project is to discover Montreal and Quebec, while trying to find work in urban planning to expand my skills. For summer 2012, I would go in Western Canada in particular Alterba, Yukon and British Columbia.

I am someone who likes to enjoy the simple things and sincere. Openness, generosity, sharing and honesty, are any of my qualities.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to enjoy every moment and have a smile as often as possible.

Interests

MUSIC
I love music, it is part of me, although I have no special talents, and I do not practice instrument (I would like guitar and piano but I must throw myself into this adventure).
I am open musically, I love discovering new music and new artists. I also like going to concert and festival.

SPORTS
Since my childhood, sport is for me a way to let off steam and it's good for health. I use up the bike for my travel within reason. So I practice driving in the city but also mountain biking.
I go running if possible in the wild in the forest, in the countryside or in a park, I also practice hiking and trekking.
Over the past year, I started climbing and I more want to do.
I also want to make slacklining.

NATURE
I have always been an admirer of nature, it fascinates me with its beauty. The fauna and flora, are subjects that interest me, I also love to explore new landscapes, walk and listen to nature speak.
For about five years, I am cultivating a garden variety vegetables. It takes time to scratch the earth but the fact of growing organic vegetables is fun and rewarding for the taste buds.

MOVIE
We can say that I am film lover, I like watching movies at the cinema or at home quietly under my duvet. I like films where the story out of the ordinary, expressing sensitivity, short getting emotion.

COOKING
I like cooking, take the time to do a food preparation does not bother me. I like learning new recipes, innovate, make mixes like that ... Cooking for me is a source of pleasure.

I have other interests: geography, urban planning, art, the party, wine...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In August 2011, I did a bungee jump from the bridge Artuby (182 meters) for 30 years of my brother. My biggest adrenaline rush.

In July 2011, I travelled to Iceland by bike. I did 2200 km in 33 days.

In April 2011, I participated in the race Fisherman's Friend StrongmanRun 2011 in Köln (Germany). A foot race of 23 km which is an obstacle course.

Participation in the Red Bull Road Rage in Belgium (May 2010) and France (September 2009).
The Red Bull Road Rage is an extreme downhill on-road bike competition. This race has opened to amateur and professional racers.
The event is similar to Four-cross mountain biking. An initial individual time trial ITT qualifying and seeding run[n 1] is held, followed by the top 32[n 2] competitors racing four at a time in knock-out heats, with the two fastest progressing to the next round.
In two appearances, I crashed twice in quarterfinals. More fear than harm.
