ABOUT ME

I'm trying to get to graduate school for painting, so I spend most of my time/mental-energy painting and drawing. One of my fravorite things to do is to sit in coffee shops and secretly draw random people; it makes me feel like a spy and it's hilarious and awkward when they catch me. I'm a quiet sort of person who prefers asking questions, but with the right type of company I'm very open. People accuse me of being apathetic, but in actuality I'm just reserved and have a relaxed attitude towards life. I also get accused of being extremely nice; I cannot deny this. I don't play music but I have recently taken up the act of whistling while I walk. I was raised catholic but am now an atheist.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not sure what my personal philosophy is. The way I live isn't based on a single idea, it's a culmination of many. But if I had to choose ONE it would be "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".

Like I said, painting and drawing is a huge part of my life. Other interests other than the reading/movie variety include: keeping up on politics, trying to teach myself spanish... but ya, I love painting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The other day I saw a beach. It was empty and I had to hike for 30 minutes to get there. It was beautiful. I grew up in the desert, so water in any form delights me to no end.
I haven't done anything amazing.
