Overview
About Me
Explorer of the world and of other human beings (or at least I try to do it).
Growing up in Italy taught me how to appreciate beauty in little things (and good food). Travelling, volunteering, working and studying abroad inspired me to seek this beauty in every place and every person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm always interested in travelling. Couchsurfing is perfect to meet up with locals (and save some money). I like meeting new people, exchange experiences with them and listen to what they're passionate about: everyone is beautiful in his their own way!
I'm now based in Milan and, although unfortunately I cannot host at the moment, I'd be interested in meeting Spanish native speakers to keep practicing the language after living in Peru for some months.
Interests
I'm interested in drama, in particular in its possibility to empower people and release their creativity, as well as all other forms of art.
I like exploring new cultures and ways to see the world, travelling and volunteering.
I enjoy hiking, walking and staying in nature/parks.
My main areas of study/research are economic and social development, empowerment, integration, ethical consumerism. I'm interested in participatory approaches for development projects.

The one I haven't done yet!
But, for example, I've lived in Peru for some months: I climbed Huayna Picchu and visited some isolated parts of Amazonia.
