ABOUT ME

Teacher. Student. Traveler. Hiker. Runner. Nature and wildlife lover. Book reader. Open-minded. Fundraiser.

PHILOSOPHY

Writing my way through each day, we are going to philosophise on life. Wear different lenses. Talk to the whales and the cacti and see what they've been up to.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently reading Ishmael.
I loved Dune.
From Magical Realism, some of my favorites are Los Pasos Perdidos and Como Agua Para Chocolate.
I like musica latina (salsa, bachata, merengue, mariachi...). My hips don't lie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled solo for a month around Europe. Restored faith in humanity type mission.

I ran the Boston Marathon as an amateur to fundraise for Boston Medical Center.

I worked at a handcrafted whiskey micro-distillery one summer. That was pretty neat!

I kayaked in Alaska with sea otters, sea lions, and whales. Incredibly thrilling to be in the wilderness with such majestic creatures...

I lived on a sailboat for four months and watched bioluminescence on the bow at night...

Teach, Learn, Share

I know after travels, rest and relaxation is important. I really enjoy quiet time, but am open to conversation and travel advice. I enjoy meeting women, pairs, or families. I can share my knowledge of healthy cooking and eating, living in Costa Rica, working at a zoo, chi running, teaching English, many things...

What I Can Share with Hosts

Motorcycle stories!
