ABOUT ME

I'm a persure of dreams but I can also go with the flow. I value experience very highly but at this point in my life, I've developed the ability to be comfortable staying still and appreciating the worlds you only see when you stop moving about so much. I will always be a people person and quick to love and I value the lost art of conversation.

PHILOSOPHY

With each passing day there are more people in the world and more ways to travel all over it yet with each new "advance" in technology, we seclude ourselves a little more. Sure it's great that we can all poke each other from worlds apart but I think we're missing a lot of the new experiences that lay just beyond the smartphone held in front of our face. For this reason, I like to challenge myself to live in the moment with the people around me, whenever and where ever that is. I will admit that this has caused me to have less time to spend maintaining each relationship I create but I have amazing friends in that they understand that life is too short and too busy to worry about who should call who and how often. We're their for each other when needed and enjoy every moment that we get together.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm about to buy a house with my wonderful fiance Kelsi, and would love to host as much as we comfortably can. While we're still young we'd like to travel a good amount as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Aside from crashing on numerous couches from friends I made in college who are now spread far and wide, my first couchsurfing.org experience was amazing. The host in Miami couldn't have been more accommodating if he tried. I can't wait to reciprocate.

Interests

I work as a sleep researcher in a Hospital, record and produce music, and build kegerators as my jobs if you can call them that. I love building things and fixing things. I love to ride bikes and be outside as much as possible. I sing and dance and kid around as much as those around me will bare.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I asked the love of my life to marry me by singing "Your Song" to her in an awesome Karaoke joint in Montmatre.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach music recording and production, sleep physiology and hygiene (though I won't diagnose sleep disorders), I can fix just about anything and I'd be happy to explain how though my specialties are bicycles and motor vehicles. I could also show you how to build a kegerator or do a high quality paint job on just about anything.

I'm always hungry for knowledge regarding small business management and entrepreneurship or really anything that will help me make my passions pay the bills. I also love to learn customs, traditions, ceremonies, jokes, and really anything that's different from what I do day in and day out. OH... and cooking... if you wanna teach me how to make something awesome, I'll provide the ingredients and the place to do it.
