ABOUT ME

I'm a student and I actively participate in all sort of events in Oulu. I'm always looking to meet new people as I get along easily. I try to enjoy life and have the most of it. I'm going to live in Madrid as an exchange student for the spring of 2012 and hopefully I'l have the time to visit some other countries as well.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live so that I don't have to regret anything when I'm 80-years old.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Now that I've done my first couchsurfing trip, I will definitely prefer couchsurfing also in my future trips. Me and my roommate have offered our couch for surfers for the past year. While I'm in Madrid I probably won't be able to offer a couch to surf but if I have the time to travel I'm going to try and find some couches to surf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed with my friend a couple of days both in Bremen and in Groningen. We liked it a lot, as it's very cool to get to know local people and really see how they live. And our hosts we're very flexible and nice, so it was really easy to have a good time there.

Intereses

Travelling, meeting new people, football, poker, Sun and chilling for instance.

Música, películas y libros

I'm not usually really into too serious movies, as I like relax while watching. Some goodies are The Shawshank Redemption, Gladiator and Gran Torino. I listen to various music from finnish rap to Metallica. The album that I've listened the most might be the Arctic Monkeys' debut. I haven't read much books lately, though Slumdog Millionaire was quite good and Twilight not.

I guess I've enjoyed the most when I've been travelling and learning new things about other cultures. The two weeks in Switzerland were awesome, but the couple of nights both in Groningen and in Bremen were also unforgettable since then we really learned about the way of life in those places.
