About Me

I am 21 years old, living in a small town 30min away from Hamburg, Germany. I started to study liberal arts here in October 2018 and really enjoy it so far. When I am not busy writing assignments, preparing presentations, etc. I like to go out with friends, drive to my hometown which is 2h away but directly by the sea, read, read, read, go to the theatre and drink coffee... or beer... or wine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I signed up for Couchsurfing because I think it's an amazing opportunity to get to know nice people and have an awesome time with them in the city they know like their pocket.

Music, Movies, and Books

The recent film I watched was 'Burn After Reading' which I enjoyed lots even though I didn't got it at first but when I did it was very entertaining. Last year I saw 'Call me by your name' and really loved the colours and the whole atmosphere there - exactly like I always imagined summer break in Italy.

I can't decide for a favourite book, because it always changes it is often the one that I have recently read but one that I would love to reread is 'Momo'.

When it comes to music, I am very interested in all kind of music - even though I myself listen most of the time to surf/garage and synthie tunes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I swam in the Baltic Sea at the night and the water around me was shining because the was a special type of plankton around there at that moment, that was very beautiful.

Teach, Learn, Share

I recently learned a lot about an artist collective from Germany called 'Centre for Political Beauty' and I could show you some of their actions and tell you some of the impact they had and how diverse those were discussed in the news.
