ABOUT ME

We love learning new things, exploring, adventuring and teaching!
Tyson and I are pretty much lovers of all things adventurous and physical - climbing, kiteboarding, biking, running, etc. We'd love to try a highline (slacklining over a canyon) someday and are planning a huge bicycle trip in the next year.
We also started a small business together which keeps us busy and teaches us so much about health and nutrition! We love people, random conversations, we both have a habit of using large gestures when we speak, and we absolutely love taking care of people's pets around the world.

PHILOSOPHY

To stop asking questions is to stop living.

If we are without something to seek--be it adrenaline, love, adventure, knowledge, deity--then we become stagnate and discontent. Life is like a never ending game of hide-and-seek (so fun and yet so frustrating!).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When Sara lived in her old apartment, she hosted travelers alll the time. They were so wonderful, from all over, and loads of musicians (Nashville..) Now we are experiencing the flip side--what it is like to be the travelers! Someday, whenever we have a place, we look forward to being back on the receiving end; we just don't know where that will be yet!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sara has the great and random honor of being the first woman to ride a bull in Panamá.
Tyson once petted a grey whale in the wild. It was huge.
