ABOUT ME

A warmhearted, open-minded, and ever curious adventure seeker. I've spent the last several years finishing up my degree and now I am ready to do some serious exploring! I feel so much excitement and respect when being immersed in new cultures. I've been intrigued by Scandinavia ever since I visited Paros many years ago and meet a number of travelers from the area. I am particularly excited to travel to Finland because I really love saunas, haha =)

PHILOSOPHY

Be kind, share love, and respect life. Being alive means being involved in this complex system of give and take.. and it seems to go better if we practice awareness with all that we do. In the midst of all that.. have as many adventures and new experiences as possible! Life can be so beautiful with a continually blossoming heart...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One amazing month in Iceland and Finland. The people I met were extraordinarily lovely in so many ways. It's hard to describe the feeling of that instant mutual trust you experience when staying with a stranger from a foreign land. I think the best part about couchsurfing is that there is a certain type of person who is drawn to it, and we are united through it! It is unlikely we would meet so many of these like minded souls if we weren't connected through here. So thanks, courchsurfing!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Living in the stunningly beautiful Humboldt county, California for 2 1/2 years was been one of the most amazing things I have experienced in my life. I was born in Los Angeles, CA and never really considered that it was possible to live in such a magical place until I went there to visit a close friend. Two months later I packed my car and moved on up! In the course of my stay I met some of the most inspiring individuals. That place can expand the mind in ways I had never expected. Living in a community with such a strong counter-culture and alternative ways of living opened my entire life experience in the most incredible ways.. and I look forward to sharing some of those experiences with the travelers I meet =)

It is wonderful to share genuine humanity with others and to light mutual sparks of inspiration! There is so much knowledge for us to share, and perhaps we may each have just one new piece for each other.. though my guess is there will be far more than that :)
