ABOUT ME

I am calm and quiet, easy to get along with.
I love to live and play in the mountains, and travelling the world, Asia particularly.
I am on the spiritual path, and meeting other people is important to know myself better.
I enjoy cleaning the house of my hosts, as well.

PHILOSOPHY

Mind is like a mirror. What we observe outside of ourselves is only a reflection of ourself. When we judge anything as negative or positive, it is merely reflecting some aspect of our mind, our ego. The more different people I meet, the more I can see the reflection of myself, and understand myself better.

Interests

Outer exploration - mountain backpacking, ski touring.
Inner exploration - meditation.
HEALTH - I don´t consume Caffeine or Alcohol, or Smoke.
Travelling in spiritual countries: Islamic, Buddhist, Hindu countries.
