Hi. Even this is my profile, I am planning to travel with Vinicius so let me tell you something about us:

We are Vinicius and Jesús, one Brazilian and the other spanish. Both we are living in Bahia, Brazil. Vinicius lives in Salvador de Bahia city and I live in a small and deserted island called Boipeba. This place where eveyone thoughts once to get lost. Vinicius has a stationery and I work in a really nice guest-house but what I really like is gardening. I have 3 years really focused on my job so now it is time for travelling a bit

We both are easy going people, mature, really respectful, smiling faces, feet on earth, calm, we are not into party so much , love to travel and meet native people and new places all over the world.

I am used the backpack, for Vinicius is the first time travelling this way.

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

I used couch surfing once few years ago, before to come to Brazil I decided to moved to Switzerland, I expended 3 weeks in differents houses while I was looking for a job and a house. It was a really good experience where I met people really incredible, but after that I started with my new life and I couldn´t travel anymore, neither use couchsurfing.

Now a days I have a house again (before I was living in my working place) and time to travel so I would like to start travelling in this fantastic way, meeting native or local people to make the experience of travelling even better and more intense. To be in contact with local people is the best way to know the places.

Interessi

Our mutual interest with CS is meet people who love nature, plants, animals, arts, music, and the rest of those small things that make special this world. We both are really regular people, and look for meet regular people.

I (Jesús) really enjoy nature life. I am a vocational gardener so I will be very happy helping you in your garden if you have one, pruning, planting, watering... whatever, I just simply love it so much.

Adventure sports, biking, swiming, diving, skiing, our trekking are some of the sports I like and try to practice, but in a tropical sand deserted island is not a easy as I would like :D

Voluntering is other thing I really enjoy. I have some experiences in Jaisalmer
and Benarés , India, with kids in schools, some of them for mute and deaf people and it is something I will do again.

VINICIUS:

He loves nature and as a good baiano, he needs the sea and has a strong conection with African culture and music. He is really interested in religion (without being a freak) gastronomy (he cooks really good, he uses mostard for everything you can imagine and it fix perfectly), local cultures and sports. He just simply has a extraordinary good energy around him.

Musica, film e libri

I love the diferents tradicional musics, now a days listening so much brazilian, between my favourites are Florence and the machine, Nina Simone, Coldplay, or Asaf Avidan. Have a look into my spoty: gsus.gr

There is so many movies... dificult to have one favourite. I loved some series lately: Breaking Bad, Asylum American Horror history, Orphan black.

VINICIUS:

His preference is with rock music and brazilian. His favourites bands are RadioHead, Strokes, Caetano Veloso, Nação zumbi.

Some of his favourites movies are "Naranja Mecánica", Sin City, Drive, etc.

Voluntering in India for one month with deaf and mute boys.
Crossed the higher motor road in Himalayas.
Travel to the world´s higher waterfall in Venezuela. Salto del Ángel.
Crossed the Atlas mountains way to Sahara.

VINICIUS:

Fly the Gran Canyon and the Nevada desert by helicopter.
Have been rescue in África cause the flood in our hotel :p
Trekking the Huana Pichu.
Diving in Fernando de Loronha.
