ABOUT ME

My name is Gaute, I am 21 years old, and currently traveling through Asia. I spent one year in the royal guards and decided to do something fun before starting my studies back home in Norway. So me and a childhood friend of mine decided to do four months through Asia, and we are currently two months in. To afford the trip i worked as an electronics salesman to afford the trip. I've so far been through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia and i'm very eager to explore China!

Interests

My interest are: music, i love listening to music for hours and hours. Back home in Norway (weather promitting) i go cross country skiing as much as i can, between work, friends and family. During this trip i have also had alot of time to read, which is harder at home, and im plowing through all the books that would otherwize dust on the shelf.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Where to beging, one of my favourite things to do is the roskilde festival in Denmark, which is every year, i've visited alot of places during road trips through europe and vacations to america and south africa. To be more spesific as to what left me awestruck: Manhattan skyline, table mountain and loinshead mountain in cape town, food in thailand (chiang mai!), the waterfalls and rivers of laos, halong bay in vietnam, Angkor wat temple in cambodia, rafting and trekking in norwegian mountains, and so much more!
