About Me
Hello,
me an my boyfriend Andreas plan to travel to Iran in september/october. We would like to try couchsurfing (we never tried it before). So we are very excited.
We live in Berlin. I grew up in the east part of Germany and studied film- an tv-studies and german literature. Andreas plays trumpet in a funny band and traveled a lot in Africa.
We would be happy to meet normal iranian people and learn something about the iranian culture, history and the people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We want to learn about other culture from inside. We would like to meet some nice People an spend same time to talk together.

I like films by directors like Coen Brothers, Aki Kaurismäki, Emir Kusturica, and many others, documentarys. We also saw iranian Films before our trip that we liked very much: Films by Majid Majidi or "The Salesman".
There are grat books for instance by Kafka, E.T.A. Hoffmann, Jonathan Franzen, ...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling to Greenland and see icerocks in many forms an Colors.
As child: It was funny to see that you can fall from trees without hurting when at least one hand is fast enough to catch an bough on the way down. The same for falling from loft bed while sleeping.
Teach, Learn, Share
Music, language, expierences, culture...
I would be happy to learn a number of words in persian in the right pronounciation...
What I Can Share with Hosts
Many expierences all over the world, advices vor strange situations, for instance: what to do when you meet a polar bear.
I can teach to make something like origami or paper cut.
We like to cook and could try some german dishes like "Kartoffelsalat" oder "Rote Grütze" with the indrigents of your homeland.
