ABOUT ME

Hola amigos!
Well, I don`t know how to be original and creative to describe myself, but let`s try to…
My name is Guilherme, i`m brazilian and I`m 25. I graduated with a degree in Economics from UNICAMP - Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Brazil) and it has been one year since I moved to Madrid-Spain, where I work and do a masters in Economics.

I love listening to music, reading, travelling, learning new languages, going to the movies, going out with friends to an amazing party and coming back to my house early in the morning, but I also love spending a nice and quiet night having dinner with my friends!!

I believe that I`m a calm person, easy to get along with, open to hearing different opinions, visions, culture, people... and to live new experiences. I have defects and virtues, just like every human being, but, most importantly, a never ending respect for other opinions and cultural diversity.
I haven`t been on couch surfing long, but I think this is an interesting opportunity to expand my knowledge and make new friends. What do i dislilke?? Bad people, who always complain about the life, who can not see the beauty in simple things, and who are stuck up... keep away from me, please! Obrigado, thank you, gracias!

I love listening to music (Garbage, Goo Goo Dolls, Tom Jobim, Capital Inicial, Lali Puna, Regina Spektor, Razorhead, Feist, New Order) and reading is one of my biggest passion (everything… from economics essays and foreign literature to comics… Letters to a young poet, The wing of the dove by Henry James, Angústia by Graciliano Ramos, Cidades Invisíveis by Italo Calvino and… ufffff there are a lot of them…, )...
