Overview
About Me
From Québec / Canada, I'm a Ph.D. student in urban studies. I'm working with an urbanism non profit firm trying to build more sustainable cities. My thesis focuses on sustainable housing, tiny houses and accessory dwelling units.
Love books, love to play guitar, used to be in a band. Love to cook meals.
When I'm not writing or reading, I spend my time outside, hiking, rock climbing, doing yoga, snowboarding, trail running, doing capoeira or calisthenics and eating a ton of food.
I have been meditating for the past 5 years. Been to some Vipassanna 10 days retreat. So I guess that makes me a pretty chill and easy to live person.
I'm passionnate about what I love and spend most of my energy toward reaching my goals and moving around, but I still find time to enjoy good food (always) and a few drinks (sometimes) with friends and interesting people :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A good opportunity to meet new people, follow their advice, let them show me around the places they know, hear and share stories, connect.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love a lot of music, not easy to pin down. Love when it's thoughtful, researched and deeply felt, but also when it grooves.
