Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My roommate and I hosted 2 travelers this past summer, and that was a blast. I'd like to see for myself what I can learn from and share with hosts along my path. "Home is where love resides", and a great deal of it comes from people, their stories and their experience

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love Christopher Nolan! Interstellar, The Dark Knight, Inception, are all favorites. On a different note, three movies I saw recently and which grasped me were:
- Lady Bird ( Greta Gerwig)
- Roma (Alfonso Cuarón)
- Parasite (Bong Joon-ho)

As for books, Le Comte de Monté Cristo is really good is you've got some french in you! I enjoy Zweig as well, especially the Chess Player and Letter from an Unknown Woman

Music-wise...everything's a go for me! Variety makes life interesting ~~

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in Guadeloupe! The whole thing is an experience in-and-of itself, but my favorite thing's gotta be scuba-diving among the fishes, the corals and the occasional passing turtle

Could talk to you for hours about what it's like to move from France/Guadeloupe to Canada in the midst of winter (spoiler: a lot of cold and snow involved)
