I am not a free hostel, I expect us to spend some time together if possible.

Request too far in the future will likely get a Maybe rather than a Yes. I'm a spontaneous guy, I don't plan too far ahead. Within a week is good. Couple of days ahead is ideal.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Originally here because it was free, now I'm here because I had my best traveling experiences through Couchsurfing.
And hosting is always a refreshing way to break up the daily routine.

兴趣

I like outdoor activities, hanging out with fun people, occasionally sharing a few beers.
I enjoy fixing things and understanding how they work, as well as understanding how the world works, so I definitely have a big interest for all science and engineering related topics. I'm also getting interested in local and international politics though I know pretty much nothing about it, but I'm a great listener.
I've been dancing quite a bit these last few years, mostly bachata and kizomba. I want to try Zouk, it looks amazing but I haven't taken the time for it yet.

Movie-wise I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to watch The Secret Life Of Walker Mitty. It seems like nobody knows about this movie but anyone I've ever shown it to absolutely loved it.

I can teach how to easily take care of your bike 😊
Bikes are super ingenious and underestimated vehicles but they need some love once in awhile to keep on working smoothly. It's not that hard! (But it does get your hands dirty...) And most basic maintenance can be done with basic tools and for very cheap.
I can also share some travel stories, hitchhiking stories, or random facts about the world that my brain stores for some reason.
