I'm Guillermo, from Vigo, Galicia, Spain. I'm studying gastronomy and culinary science in San Sebastian, Basque Country. I'm an open-minded person who loves to travel all over the world!

Currently living in Santiago, Chile, developing my final university project about reducing food waste in industry. Im hosting at a local family's home, so cant accept travelers, but would be happy to meet people and hang out for a beer or similar!
