HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to think that after having surfed my couch, people remember Brussels and Belgium with a happy feeling and leave with good memories, having discovered something new, and hope to come back again one day. I try to make this happen!

I'm also an active greeter since a few months. I believe it's important to get a personal and friendly welcome when one joins the community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a few people here, always nice experiences, always different!
I surfed a couple of couches in India and I'm planning to surf again ASAP...

Interessen

so many... if i could, i would be interested in almost everything, but practically speaking it's not that easy... i like travelling (obviously), i like playing the guitar, i like sailing, juggling, i like laying in the grass watching the sky and dreaming, i like wind turbines and green energy, i like medicine, i like the sea, i like latin america, i like places where i've never been, and of course i like belgian beers and belgian chocolate!!

Movies: The Constant Gardener, Diarios de motocicleta and Va, vis et deviens are the last I saw and appreciated. I love also Tim Burton, Benoit Poelvoorde...

Books: Arturo Peres-Reverte is my favorite writer, Vian, 19century (Flaubert, Balzac), George Orwell, poesy (Baudelaire!) etc, etc, and of course a lot of travel guides ;o)
