Uptdate 2017:
I just recently handed in my Master thesis in sociology and am now taking the summer off to lean new things and to settle my mind so I decided workaway is a great opportunity to do both and to see and experience new things.

Hamburg Germany is my hometown where I live in a shared appartment and also did my studies. Eventhough I live in a fairly big city for me it is the biggest town there is as I know so many people here and it is wonderful! Though I enjoy quieter times at my parents place north of Hamburg, when I do not hear the train rattling by every 10 minutes.

Regarding the cats or dog question: I have always lived with dogs surrounding me, as my family always had at least one and sometimes puppies, that needed care and love.

Food: I love food! I try everything at least once, yet wheat flour is not my friend :(

I am a hat-person. One barely sees me going out without a hat on my head, I just think they are the purfect accessoire for every type of weather and way better than any umbrella or sunscreen!

Some more random information about me: I love campfires and smurfs, beaches and long nights watching stars in the nature.

ABOUT ME

All about me... that sound intense, and as if the discription of all about me would take me quiet a while, so I will stick to the basics.
My Hometown still somehow is and has always been Hamburg in Germany. I grew up there, my family lives there too.Well yeah, that is how much I got around so far considering long term residences.
Besides travelling, I like martial arts, good series, nature, cultures and new people. Overall I am mysellfe and whoever wants to get to know me better could basically only do that through talking to me :P

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to recommend the idea of Couchsurfing to others, that are yet sceptical about the idea of living with strangers for a while. After they experienced, that couchsurfing can make these strangers into friends within a very short time, I am happy to see their smiles, when they tell me about theire experiences!
Still I also like to surfe myselfe too and to host, it is always exciting to meet your host for the first time!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience in summer of 2011 was that my brother and me surfed 4 couches in about a week, from Stockholm, Mariestadt, Växjö than Kopenhagen. awesome experience!

Until now I have only at a guys place in Göteborg, when some friends and I where visiting the citiy and also watched the German-swedish soccer game. I really liked the welcoming place, which encouraged me to sign up for couchsurfing myselfe, since last time a friend of mine organised us the couch.
Than three friends of mine and me made a longer trip to Kiruna and Umea, where I also surfed at two very nice places.
