ABOUT ME

I'd like to learn more about myself and the world around me. I haven't done a whole lot of travelling and Im hoping to change that in the next little while. I enjoy taking part in things that other people are passionate about; its a fun way to meet people and learn something new. I REALLY enjoy the sound of laughter, sharing ideas and experiences, eating, trying new things, and meeting honest and open minded people. I love music and movies, but to be honest i think my favourite sound is a genuine uncontrollable laughter that usually results in a sore stomach, not the cued kind. Nonetheless, I really do enjoy a good film, or checking out live bands or just sitting and sharing music or stories with others. I find Art to be, I donno, just so Awesome! It somehow has the power to evoke emotions and maybe even bring us to a moment of clarity. Also, creating stuff is just fun sometimes. I think there is something to learn from anyone you meet, how you decide to take in the lesson depends on you.
I don't know how else to explain myself.

I am pretty much up for anything; although I do have a mild fear of heights. Im usually up for getting together and checking out local events, or live shows. I want to open up my mind to new things and so I would like to get out of my comfort zone every now and again. I generally just like learning new things either on my own or from other passionate people. The world is huge and filled with so much stuff that I don't know about or understand. I guess I'm interested in experiencing it first hand, making up my own mind about it, and enjoying the adventure with people along the way. Doing my best to live in the now.

One of my favourite things to see are the genuine smiles and laughter that come out of people as a result of a good moment. Not because it seems appropriate, but because they just can't help it.

I think there's a lot that can be learned through meeting different people. Education does not solely exist in an academic institution, it travels through many different vessels and is available at the most unexpected times. Keeping an open mind is the best way to prepare you for the lesson.
