ABOUT ME

My entire life I have loved adventure. As a kid I loved movies like the Goonies and camping . As an adult I have lived all over the US and traveled a bit. Most of all, I love seeing new places so... I have saved up a bit of cash, quit my job, and have put all of my belongings into storage. I bought a one way plane ticket to Manila and have been traveling since. These days I go any which way the wind blows pretty much. The only goal being to see more of this rock we all live on!

PHILOSOPHY

This is a big topic. Generally I think that too many people are tied the their worldly possessions. Lots of people talk about traveling the world but to few do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never done this before but know that the best way of getting to know a city is to meet locals in the area. This sounds like a great way to save a buck and stretch out my vacation while also having a local expert to bounce ideas off of!

Interests

I love art, playing video games, flying remote control helicopters, meeting new people, and going new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a fan of any good story but tend to read books / watch documentaries / and listen to pod casts of non-fiction... anything that I can learn from really.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This has got to be it, quitting my job at 38 to travel the world is pretty ballsy by most accounts.
