Ok, I'm not totally serious when I say that... but still, I'm not really kidding! ;-)

ABOUT ME

Through the years , I've become a different guy. Basically learning to be who I really am. A caterpillar turned into a butterfly... Yet I still can't use my wings very well! :p

So here am I, establishing better connections with people around, trying to finally make my ideas happen in the real world. It's more about "going with the flow" rather than "changing the woooooorld" (as I've heard many times)—yet I'd love it if I was able to make the world a little better... But what is better, mmh?

ANYWAY! :-)

I'm also the happy father of a wonderful (yeah, really!) 7-year old girl!

And it's probably not needed to say, but I'm a freak! :p

PHILOSOPHY

Common sense & intuition, some principles of wisdom found here and there. To aim at ultimate happiness for everyone (starting with myself :p). Trying to educate myself rather than others. Being like a "rouleau-compresseur". Taking it easy. Fuck it... Well, all this would need some explanation!

These days I don't participate much. Surfing from time to time, and I'd love to host again (I did in the past, with my ex Sabina), but at the time being, I don't have my own place anymore. A meeting from time to time could be nice as well...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A series of surfing and hosting experiences, from "average" to just great, in different places with different nationalities. I love couchsurfing in general.

Interessen

Music & sound, art, sharing with people, discovering or experimenting new things, nature, technology, communities, do-it-yourself projects, prana, concerts and parties, bass, children, having fun, driving... Yes, lots of different things (and it's just the beginning haha!)

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Lots of music: Clap! Clap!, Jana Rush, Duchess Says, Herbie Hancock, Helmet, My Bloody Valentine, Nirvana, Sloy, Breeders, Jesu, rock, indie, electronic... Could write a whole section on that!

Movies: not a fan of Hollywood blockbusters and the like. Rather, more or less pleasant movies (generally without guns) that bring something—poetry, magic, inspiration... It includes also animation, shorts and documentaries. The Science of Sleep (if I'm not mistaken), The Yellow Dog of Mongolia, etc.

Recently I watched the series Flight of the Conchords and I love it!

Books: mostly practical books that can help or inspire me, or following similar principles as for movies.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Oh there was an amazing "radio programme" in the early 90's, Perfecto, that I discovered at the end. Through sharing culture, music, dreams, with the power of a national radio, it created a sort of community... Maybe the greatest experience in my life! Love and friendships came - magically - out of this "programme", just before it ended.
And more recently, how to transform oneself in a great way through life challenges and even fix a broken relationship (well, this is still ongoing, but amazing results so far)!

I can share some of what I've learned when working with my mind, my experience with our yurt and community living in the nature, music, sound, technology and that kind of stuff, my experience in tantra massage, relationships, how to educate ourselves instead of children (and answer to their real needs), democratic/home/unschooling, French language, Belgian and Czech culture... And other things related to my passions and experiences referred to in my profile.
