ABOUT ME

Ah! Where do I start. I am a live music geek, i love gigs. I live by them actually, and that's largely what takes me around Europe on my short trips - and why I enjoy meeting other people while I am there, so I can get a better idea of the local music scene.

When I am not organising campaigns at Oxfam, I work with the UK Youth Climate Coalition. I am quite a big climate change campaigner, but not the scary type! I enjoy any political discussion, whether i agree with the sentiment or not, I relish the challenge.

I LOVE art. I will either be sketching something or watch someone sketching something. Finding a good gallery is my idea of a perfect afternoon.

I'm also big on languages - or atleast I try to be. I'm not really fluent in anything other than English, but love picking up odd words from different countries and try my very best while I am there.

I've just started! that's why there is not much going on here, but I am hoping once I move out of my current house I can really get properly involved in CS, start making some international friends and learn from people who come and visit, as well as go and visit people too.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music. I spent my whole time at uni in debt from going to gigs, festivals and clubnights. Ill listen to everything good, be it techno, electro, classical, funk or alternative indie. Sadly, i dont play any instruments, but if i did, Id probably spend my entire life on stage. I can DJ though!

I like clever, political, controversial or down right bizarre movies. Anything that gets a good conversation going. I quite enjoy watching foreign films because its a good kick up the ass to make me study languages more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam in the Atlantic Ocean in winter - I can't remember how cold it was, but i nearly stopped breathing for a minute. Damn good fun!
