About Me

I've had many jobs and lived in many cities in the U.S. No work has been better than being a regression hypnotherapist. It's the work that has helped others the most and that has been most rewarding to me. I love traveling by car in the U.S. and have considered world travel as a vagabond, as written about by Rolf Potts.

In 2013 I published my first book, The Healing Power of Hypnotherapy (Amazon Kindle), and I finished my second in 2017. The title is Unthaw It! and it's about solving customer-service problems when I worked at the Sears, Roebuck headquarters. (OK, so you know "unthaw" is not a word; right?). Two-three more books will follow; all on different topics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel throughout the U.S. by car, meeting many new men and women (and families). I have yet to set foot in Montana, N.D., Wash. and Oregon (and Alaska and Hawaii), but I've been in all the other states.

I'm hoping to kick that dirty, ol' thing called inertia and hit the road this year. I have pondered the wisdom of a motorcycle-sidecar rig (with tent, sleeping bag, dog) or a small motorhome for full-time RVing. Somehow, I can't let go of the idea of traveling. Why should I? There is so much to see! Hmm, could I host while RVing full-time?
