Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To surf couches!

And to meet new folks and receive the generosity of strangers! I haven't yet been in a position to host guests since being on this site, as I've been living in a caravan recently. But I hope to repay the favours one day.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, hmmm... if it gets me thinking, surprises me or makes me wet myself with laughter then I'm into it.

Music... where to begin. Let's just say that exquisit music exists in every genre.

As for books I'm mostly interested in reading things that get me unstuck from whatever sticking point I'm currently experiencing. Doesn't sound like a lot of fun, I know, but I enjoy myself. As far as fiction is concerned I do love a good Tom Robbins book, especially Jitterbug Perfume.
