Hey I'm Guu, a thirty someting with a passion for traveling, graphic design and typography. I've been here and there and met the best people in far away cities, and hope that I'll continue to know more of them in the future. Meeting new places is one of my favourite things to do, trying new food, getting to know people of other backgrounds, other cultures, and sharing whatever is that makes them special.

I'm very easy going and love a good laugh, and will be on for pretty much anything that screams "adventure!" (except maybe anything involving giant bugs or mosquitos).

Not a fan of heavy partying but I'd love to grab a drink at a local bar if that's your thing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I know (and love) the city I live in, Buenos Aires, like the palm of my hand. I know my way around whether it is to museums, popular touristic places, historical sights or just places us porteños love to go to (and whatever I don't know, I find out).

I'd love to help other people know this city too As a Host, I can take people around, pick them up, take them to places, go out for a drink and be of any other possible help.

I have received help from perfect strangers in most of my travels and I always feel like I need to give it back, so I guess this is a great opportunity to do so :)

I'm pretty much open for any kind of guidance around the city, so ask away and we'll figure it out.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've worked at a Cruise Line for almost a year, which, for me, was a great achievement itself. It helped me grow both personally and professionally-- and I've met a lot of different people, some of which are my closest friends nowadays.

Other than that, my two month trip to Asia in 2008 was pretty much one of the most amazing things I've done so far.
