HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host when available and make my guests feel at home. I make them learn about Montreal's culture, food,bar, venues, etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed in Belgium, Denmark and Sweden. Fell in love with the concept!

Passionate about playing drums. I was in a band before, but stopped when I began university. We still have a myspace though : www.myspace.com/flamgrismo

Open-minded to every style of music, music is a way to express myself and to relax. These days, I listen to a lot of reggae-rock-ska music. It's joyful and puts me in a good mood.

I skateboard a lot. Almost every spare time I have, I spend it skateboarding!

Go out to pubs/bars with friends to cool off from the week of work/university.

I'm studying to be an electrical engineer at École de Technologie supérieure in Montréal! A lot of studying, but it's worth it!

I participate in a university project called Chinook. We build a wind turbine car that rides against the wind. I work on the electronics and automation on the car. We won the Racing Aeolus 2012 Competition in Holland and almost beat the world record of efficiency!

Hitchhiked from Floreffe (Belgium) to Stockholm (Sweden) and from Stockholm to Paris in 3 weeks. Almost 4000 km. In the meanwhile, I got my passport, ipod and credit card stolen...
