ABOUT ME

I love fashion - mostly I like custom designs, dance wear, and clubwear....a little bit of bridal too, especially since I made my best friend's wedding dress. I looove to dance...I've tap danced a bit, done a tiny bit of ballet, a little ballroom, but mostly I'm into hip hop. I love to cook and bake, and have recently started making eating good healthy food a priority. I've also really found a love for working out lately, it keeps me focused. I'm really good at organizing everything except for my own bedroom. I love a challenge, and I love to help people...anything I can do to make someone else's life easier I usually will. I get emotional and emotionally attached easily and frequently, but I'd rather give it my everything and come away with a complete experience than leave knowing I didn't give it everything I've got, no matter what we're talkin about.

I surf when I travel. When possible, I host. I love to attend events as often as I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

NYC Revival just about every Thursday night when I'm in NY....and any other NY CS events
NYC Couch Crash '08 - Pink Party, Bowling, MOMA, M1-5 and afterparty, Summer Stage, Kaleidescope, Kenny's Castaways and afterparty

CS London events almost every other night for 2 weeks while I was there. Best time of my life!

CS Melbourne events...Don Tojo every other Tuesday, and any other events I can get to.
Helped organize the CS Summer Festival in Melbourne...best week of my time in Australia!

Surfed in London with Alain, Jean-Marc, and Dan.
Surfed in Queenstown, NZ with Andy.
Surfed in NYC with Mike during Couch Crash.
Hosted Kristin after my goodbye party

I'm pretty much obsessed with all dance movies, and disney movies too. I love science fiction and fantasy in books and movies. I dabble in spiritual books, trying to expand my point of view. And I listen to tons of different music, but no country music really.

The thing I'm most proud of is quitting my job because it didn't make me happy and deciding to travel while I figure out what I want to do. It was super empowering.
