ABOUT ME

Traveler, trekker, observer, listener, foodie, amature photographer. I run a company called Exotic Expeditions which is into adventure and offbeat travel conducting and organizing trips and treks in India, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka ( based out of Bangalore/Kerala ).I love the outdoors and adventure (trekking, camping, scuba diving, rafting,kayaking), exploring new places and cultures, experimenting on cuisines from different parts of the world and meeting new people.

movies -- I am an avid movie fan . i like suspense and thrillers (specially psychological thrillers), movies of espionage n intrigue, old westerns and some good old drama, comedy etc. Lately i have been watching a lot of international movies mostly japanese, korean, french and spanish.

Favorite Books --- i would rather names the authors- agatha christie,bill bryson,william dalrymple, gabrial garcia,virginia woolfe..

I took a year long break from work and went travelling mostly in the Himalayas, went to Spanish classes, did a mountaineering course, trekked,
Went on a 21 day motor biking trip in the Indian Himalayas and motor biking trip in Bhutan and Nepal.
Solo long backpacking trips across Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Have traveled through most of the explored and many unexplored places in India.
Attended extravagant funeral ceremonies and watched buffalo fights in the Sulawesi Island of Indonesia.
Have tried bizarre food in some of the south east asian countries
