Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At first, I will mostly serve as host. Down the road, when I travel, I will look into surfing.

No experience personally, but close friends have vouched for it.

Big fan of comedy, and sports. I love gadgets, and i'm up for pretty much anything.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: rock, hip/hop, metal.

Movies: In 2011, I watched 52 movies in theaters. So, you can say I like to watch a movie here and there.

Books: In 2012, I am trying to read more books than watch movies in theaters. So far, slightly behind the pace.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have a terrible memory, and I defer to those around me to tell me what I used to know/think.

Somalian by heritage, Arab by birth, Greek, Canadian, and American by parental discretion. I have spoken all the aforementioned languages -- even Canadian -- and all I have to show for it is English. I guess they weren't kidding when they said "use it, or lose it."
