I'm a couchsurfer for many years now but never really got the chance and the opportunity to use it. Had a lot of friends that visited me in Paris that are couchsurfers themselves.
Couchsurfing for me is more than a cheap way to travel. It's a way for me to meet new people that are usually locals and to then to be able to visit those places in a different way than normal tourists would do it.

One of my favorite moments in my various trips was to visit the Mayan temple in Mexico. Since I was a kid I always wanted to see that. It was an amazing experience and sensation.
