I immigrated from Afghanistan, and now live in Roseville, California. I work in a nonprofit, helping internationally trained professionals—especially lawyers—rebuild their careers in the U.S. My background is in law and leadership development, and I’ve been fortunate to work with organizations that promote justice reform and community integration.

Outside of work, I’m active in my local Rotary Club and enjoy community service, cultural exchange, and meeting people from diverse backgrounds. I value good conversations, thoughtful travel, and sharing experiences about life, culture, and personal growth.

Hosting travelers gives me a chance to connect with people from around the world and learn new perspectives. I enjoy meaningful dialogue, good coffee, and occasionally cooking Afghan dishes.
