ABOUT ME

I come from Denmark, but since 1989 i live with my family in Sweden. I love to travel and visit other cultures. Now that our 3 children are all grown up we have more time for travelling. We usually go once a year to a bigger city somewhere in Europe. We have also done some long distance travels to Australia, Thailand, St.Marteen Caribbean.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Me and my husband Dan has hosted many couchsurfers from different countries, it has given us so many good conversations and it helps us understand other cultures. We also get to show visiters our beautiful town. We have only tried couchsurfing ourselves twice and that was with people whom had already stayed with us. But we love the idea of meeting people from all over the world in our home.

Interests

I love sailing, we have a sailing boat of our own. Every summer we spend our holiday sailing in Sweden, Denmark, Germany or Poland. We are dreaming of going to England in the boat as well.
I like travelling, i enjoy cooking and i love meeting new people and even spending time with all our friends.
