About Me

ABOUT ME

Kind, hospitable, Introverted but sociable, walking the spiritual path, interested in mediation and yoga, classical but interested in creative postmodern ideas.
I think there are many ways to solve current problems of life, but spirituality and mindfulness is the one which resonates with me the most, and I believe it works for many people to deal with problems such as stress, anxiety, depression, etc. Because I believe that we modern human beings have been arrested by our minds and best way to get rid of it is to be aware of our mind and its functioning (i.e. mindful living).

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone is responsible for his/her own actions and behaviors. Although there might be some difficult situations in life, but the final fate is positive. I believe that there is a great wisdom beyond the creation of this universe. The whole life and existence is very meaningful.
