Interests

I find joy in preparing food and cooking in a 'freestyle way' - using all ingredients available ready in the cupboard and from my garden. I love being creative in the kitchen. Plant-based kitchen - being kind to one and all but not losing the wholesome tasteful flavour of the food.

Meditation and the Practice of Mindfulness are two important parts of my life.
