we are friends, travelmates and we share many ideas, dreams and in kinda way we share also lifestyle and life goals - there is obviously lot of synergy in our cooperation, cowork

and that's why we founded civic association Jídlopis/Cookbook and created our own project, the expedition:

Our matter is map out culinary traditions and culture of specific regions around the world through realizing an expeditions.

PHILOSOPHY

To support and propagate sustainable travel by using alternative, sustainable methods of traveling as is camping, visiting farms-wwoofing, hitch-hiking, couchsurfing which all will be shown through our multimedial platform such as our website (+ with a little help from social networks)

and shooting doc movies during the traveling to show more about our activities.

Also we would like to provide public talks, exhibitions, screenings,

workshops and info service to everybody whose interested in for free.

We participate as couchsurfers about 4 years now and we really admire CS as a global project and we would like to participate more. That's why we decided to link this project with CS by group and events
