ABOUT ME

I like reading, biking, traveling, listening to good music, outdoor adventures (ie camping etc), and making/ appreciating art. I am slowly working on become a professor of English literature. I have traveled the US extensively in many, many different ways, and some of Europe. Travel and new experience in general is something I am passionate about.

PHILOSOPHY

I am rather atheist but I respect people's beliefs. I also believe you make yourself through experience and are in complete control of where you are at any moment of life.

I have a vagabond soul and am very open and love helping people who also enjoy travel/ learning more about the world and themselves.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have: Couch surfed, let people stay, stayed in commune type house, hitched, travel extensively, am very familiar with the "travel culture", and love experiencing new people.

As far as this website I have never used it successfully before. I have been lucky enough to always have some sort of connection, or just went with it. Giving this a try again.

Music, Movies, and Books

Current favorite authors: Dostoevsky, Louis-Ferdinand Celine, Montaigne, and Henry Miller. As of late I have been into classic older lit., but enjoy a silly fiction, a good non-fiction, tasteful science fiction, and lots of philosophy as well.

Music: Grew up on punk. I love blues, rock, and folk, and can enjoy pretty much anything except dubstep and american pop music.

I am good and fixing stuff (except brains, that's your own problem). Someone should teach me a language other than English?
