ABOUT ME

A mid-young ecological "back-to-the-countryside" permagardener. Living 0,5 (yes you read right) km from border to Russia in the backbush of EU. Here are a lot of brown bears and wild birds!!

Having a nice old timber house, a big timber stable of 200 sqm, garden area with 100's of flowers and a sauna at Ilomantsi.
Lived in the middle of forest now for 7 years, moved from Ilomantsi to Rautjärvi district's border zone 6,5 yers ago. Finland is the paradise on the Earth in summer, in winter its like a frozen hell!

I am a local activist for sustainable living, self sufficiency farmer and ecological producer of all king of veggies, berries and a special Siberian winter garlic. I am a lay-back, social and multi-language person who likes to get contact with "down-shifting" people or at least if understanding my life style is abenefit.

PHILOSOPHY
Travelling and WWOOFing at the winter, gardenibg at summer. To create a more human friendly, happy, healthy-looking, spiritual, anti-rasism planet!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had excellent hosts, the places I have CS:ed are in Denmark and in Sweden, as well in Berlin as I like the city spirit! My hosts have been very friendly, though busy people, which is for me ok, becouse I also like to see places (på svenska: upptäcka) on my own. I have a feeling like being in a candy store: you can smell and taste the atmosphere and enjoy the hospitality! I try to give the same feeling to people who visit my place.

My life long love to Serbian mountains with rural self sufficient life and absolutely beautiful landscapes on the mountaneous area at Southern Serbian village!

I love innovative, personally dressed, Pippi Longstocking and hippie style, open minded people who are creative, impulsive and humorist and like to spend their time not just dropping by but also sharing experiences and maybe having a helping hand on the daily life, go to sauna and then swimming naked in cold water or are just open for some crazy Finnish manners!
