One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Finland, I experienced a sauna with an inside temperature of 120 degrees, while it was 7 degrees outside. After the sauna, I dove into a lake where the water temperature was 2 degrees. I did this eight times. It was a magical and intense experience, pushing my body to its limits.
