After majoring in Fine Art at USC in my early twenties, I decided to return to school to explore a completely different field. I am currently a junior, dual-majoring in Cosmetic Science and Pet Healthcare Science. Following a diverse career, I’ve realized I need time to 'retune' my soul and redefine my life goals. To broaden my horizons and deepen my understanding of global cultures, I plan to travel as much as possible during my summer and winter breaks. While my two sons live in the U.S., I’ve decided to settle in Korea as I grow older. I am a lifelong non-smoker and a Christian.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I haven't had the chance to couch surf yet, but I’m very interested in the experience. I want to step outside my comfort zone, broaden my horizons, and truly engage with other cultures through meaningful interactions with people from all walks of life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After earning straight A+ grades in my first semester, I am now successfully pursuing a double major. To celebrate this milestone and refresh my spirit, I spent the past July on a month-long solo trip through Switzerland.

I majored in Fine Arts during my twenties, and while my career path eventually led me away from the studio, I never lost my creative drive. I have channeled that artistic energy into studying practical, everyday crafts—becoming proficient in essential oils, candle making, and cosmetic formulation.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love cooking and would be delighted to share Korean food with my hosts while exchanging traditional recipes from your country. I can also help you learn Korean or provide travel insights from the countries I’ve visited. If you have children or pets, I am very comfortable with babysitting and dog sitting. I aim to bring a sense of positivity and happiness wherever I go, and I enjoy deep conversations about the wisdom and lessons learned throughout life.
