CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy life :), be good and honest.

I am open minded have travelled a lot to 67 countries and some of them many times.

I have among else visited India, Cuba, the States, numerous ctrs. in Asia including Indonesia three times, Israel. Many countries in south and central America and the Middle East, all the North European countries and more.

I work in tourism and consultancy and published the travel book VISITOR'S GUIDE - for 16 years. You can get a free book on www.visitorsguide.is Also making a Visitors Guide book to Bali sec. edition in 2026.

I look younger than I am, maybe because I try to have a healthy lifestyle both in food and exercise:), although not always fulfilling that aim.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Participated from 2009, had heard good things about it. Used it among else in the Middle East in 2010 and 2011.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had some people staying at my place in Reykjavik among else 2 girls from Thailand and Sweden some years back, one German as well and a Chinese girl and an American boy. Have stayed by a few people in Israel and one in Jordan. Have met some people also socially for a café etc. in Iceland. Also in Bali 2022:) and in Asia 2025.

Going to India at the age of 22 alone and travelling for 2 months.
Doing a very big master thesis about "the image of Iceland and Icelandic products abroad", among else surveying 800 people in Scandinavia.

Establishing a company after my master studies.

Depends on the person.
Even sometimes if some interesting person I could go to the countryside for a few days (sharing petrol and accommodation cost). Where I am maybe going for some business as I write about restaurants, and travel and like to have a little company and perhaps a little help driving etc.
