Formerly based in Hong Kong where I hosted a bunch of people, which was great fun. Since then (it was a few years ago now) I’ve sadly not had the ability to host. Now on an around the world trip with my wife and looking to meet and stay with locals via CS, and remember why I joined CS in the first place all those years ago.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was introduced through my friend who hosts back when we both lived in Hong Kong. We lived together and hosted a few people. I haven’t hosted for a few years now sadly.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a couple of people along with my friend/flatmate a few years ago. Never had the pleasure of staying with anyone yet but hoping to change that in the coming months.

My wife and I are on an around the world trip, having taken sabbaticals from our jobs after 9-10 years working in London/other places around the world. We’ve picked up a few stories on our travels so far and would be happy to share them over a beer or a coffee. We also love cooking and in return for a place to stay, would gladly cook you up some of our favourite recipes.
