I was born and raised in Canada's wine country (yes, Canada has wine country!) and have been living in Vancouver for six years... until running away this winter to explore Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've quickly learned that travel is about the people you meet more than the places you visit. My best experiences so far have been the unexpected conversations and encounters along the way, and I love seeing new cities with a local's perspective and company.

Interests

I like to think that the best way to explore new cultures is through food. I also love all things cultural (art, music, architecture, literature) and I'm a sucker for outdoor concerts. Speaking of the outdoors, my favourite way to explore is by bike... or on a golf course.
